Vice President of Finance (Whitehall, PA) Direct and coordinate accounting, investing, banking, inventories, tax preparation, and other financial activities of a confectionery company and its foreign parent company. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new banks in accordance with the financing requirements of the company. Oversee the cash flow management of the Company on a daily and monthly basis. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, and investment activities and recommend changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions. Coordinate and lead inorganic growth and expansion projects including company mergers and acquisitions and real estate acquisition projects. Coordinate the relationships with the shareholders and top management of the parent company regarding financial and investment matters.
